Delivery Time
We require 1–2 business days for order processing prior to dispatch. This processing window includes quality inspection, item packing and label creation, and excludes weekends and public holidays. We offer two shipping options for your selection: Fast Delivery: Available for the United States and all European countries. Orders shipped via this method typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Slow Delivery: Available for all European countries. This cost-effective shipping option usually takes 10–15 business days to reach your destination after the parcel leaves our warehouse. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may occasionally be extended due to customs inspection, local postal delays, peak holiday seasons or unexpected logistics disruptions.
Tracking information
Once your parcel has been handed over to our shipping carrier, our system will automatically send an email containing your unique tracking number and tracking link to the email address you provided during checkout. You may use this tracking link to monitor the real-time movement and delivery status of your package online. We recommend checking your spam or junk mailbox if you cannot locate the tracking email within 24 hours after shipment. If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 5 business days, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.
Lost Package Policy
If your package fails to be delivered within 4 weeks from the date of shipment, the parcel will be classified as lost. When a lost package is confirmed, we will arrange a reshipment of the identical items you originally ordered, subject to stock availability. If the exact same products are out of stock and cannot be restocked promptly, we will present you with suitable alternative similar items for your approval, or issue a refund for the value of the missing goods, based on mutual agreement between both parties. If neither identical nor comparable substitute items are available for any part of your order, you have the right to cancel the entire order. Under this circumstance, we will issue a full refund covering the total order amount, including all product fees, shipping charges and handling fees. All lost package claims must be submitted to our support team within 6 weeks after the shipment date with your order number and tracking ID for verification.
